Project Description

Firbank Drive required a comprehensive end-to-end construction service, transforming a bespoke architectural home designs into the Gaffney’s dream home. Right from our initial meetings, we worked collaboratively with the clients and architect, to deliver a design and construct project. Rob provided his expertise and input into structural detail, sourcing of materials and adapting to requested changes.

This build involved in the marrying of the structural components to the finishes schedule to ensure efficient project flow and minimise downtime – whilst navigating Covid lockdowns and a very wet winter. Throughout the entire home build, we encouraged consistent, clear and open communication with both homeowners – leading to a successful outcome.

Our experienced trades crafted bespoke joinery, created a hand-laid stone fireplaces, delivered an enviable vehicle shed using rough sawn timber and combined textured, energy efficient and contemporary materials including Kd hard wood tongue and groove timber ceiling, brushed concreted, hoop pine panelling and perfect window placement to create a unique aesthetic.

R & R sourced premium quality materials locally and ensuring all finishes offer outstanding durability, providing value and performance for years to come. This remarkable build is constantly bathed in sunlight and attracts all of the compliments – it also feels like home from the moment you turn into the driveway.
