Wangaratta Bearings saw R & R proudly provide quality construction solutions to a vast and varied commercial site. Our high-quality workmanship greatly contributed to our trusted reputation with the client. The remarkable result was delivered hand-in-hand with our unbeatable customer service.

Rob was able to guide the construction process ensuring the huge leap from their previous premises to their new Showroom and Warehouse exceeded expectations. At every phase of the project, R & R addressed the needs of the build within the context of the community, climate and regulations – including working with the local Council, utility authorities and neighbouring businesses to safeguard the reputation of Wangaratta Bearings and ensure the outcome was a favourable and complementary addition to the surrounding businesses.

The build was both innovative and functional – implementing modern solutions within the budget and vision of the client. Boasting architecturally designed locally-made concrete burnished tilt panel walls, commercial double-glazed windows (all positioned to emphasize the sun and optimise natural heating/cooling), satin finish concrete showroom flooring (easy maintenance), modern staff amenities, glass petitioning, complete integrated joinery and functional warehouse fitout. The exterior grounds include an additional storage shed, water retention drainage and fire services (as per CFA regulations and Council permits), off street carparking, slip lane access (from main 80km road), attractive street frontage and easily accessible roadway for deliveries.

This build was a monumental achievement for the client and R&R…. A 21 week build managed through Covid lockdowns and restrictions limiting work site to 5 tradespeople and an extraordinarily wet winter.
